Fine intelligence for the
people who need it most
FineME was built because the most common question in a regulatory incident — "how much could this cost?" — had no reliable, data-driven answer. We are fixing that.
Mission
To make regulatory fine exposure transparent, quantifiable, and actionable — so organisations can make informed decisions before, during, and after a regulatory incident.
Vision
A world where every organisation understands its regulatory risk exposure the same way it understands financial risk: with numbers, precedents, and defensible estimates.
What we stand for
Every enforcement figure links to a verified source decision. We never publish estimates without comparable precedent.
Regulatory risk doesn't stop at borders. FineME covers 47 jurisdictions and expands every quarter.
We show you what has happened, not what you must do. Decisions stay with qualified counsel — we give them the data they need.
Designed by a privacy officer for privacy officers, DPOs, compliance teams, and the lawyers advising them.
About the Founder
Abdullah built FineMe because the question that arises first in every regulatory incident — "what is the worst-case fine exposure?" — rarely had a fast, evidence-based answer. Organisations were left with anecdotal estimates; regulators had the data, but it was scattered across hundreds of decision documents in a dozen languages.
He brings a rare combination of legal depth and technical breadth to that problem. His LL.M provides the doctrinal grounding to read enforcement decisions accurately; his cybersecurity background means he understands what actually goes wrong inside organisations; and his AI governance credentials keep him current as regulators race to catch up with emerging technology. Certified across the full IAPP curriculum (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US) and holding the new AIGP designation, he advises organisations navigating GDPR, the EU AI Act, and cross-border data transfers.
Based in the Netherlands and active in the Dutch tech law community, Abdullah organises the Tech Law Meet & Greet event series and speaks regularly on privacy law to audiences spanning legal, technology, public sector, and entrepreneurship. His network of 2,000+ practitioners shapes every product decision at FineMe: the tool is designed by someone who lives inside the same compliance challenges it addresses.
